Story
Data Research Associates (DRA) was established in 1987, and is dedicated to collecting data from official public records offices related to all types of real estate transactions. DRA has been active in the resort real estate housing markets of Colorado for the past 38 years. DRA is able to answer questions about the current and historic state of housing in the most prominent resort communities of Colorado. DRA is an unbiased, reliable, and timely source of information that does not sell real estate and is not connected to the MLS or other industry influences.
Data Research Associates is widely published, service oriented, and is an industry leader in data collection and analysis. DRA is owned and operated by Senior Data Analyst, Karen Sue Timson, who was born in Colorado and lived in the Colorado Resort Communities of Summit and Routt Counties for 41 years. Karen Sue holds a passion for community housing advocacy and community volunteer service.
